To celebrate Lionsgate Limited’s re-release of Eli Roth’s Cabin Fever, we created artwork that honors fan nostalgia and refreshes the film’s appeal for video on demand. Our VHS sleeve, inspired by early 2000s design and the film’s contagion-fueled anxiety, shows the title carved into a woman’s back with VHS iconography, rental store stickers, and distressed paper textures. Our digital key art introduces a clean, modern look that remains true to the film’s identity.
