For Peacock’s hilariously wacky new series, we created a twisted and thrilling campaign of trailers and TV spots, as well as the social campaign for the Peacock handles, filled with only the best ingredients—jokes, explosions, car chases, and star performances—for a deliciously unique blend of comedy and action.

Social Campaign
For the social campaign, we were challenged to create a high-impact, premium campaign to activate the core Twisted Metal gaming fandom, as well as immerse new audiences into the chaotic, action-packed, and nostalgic series.
To accomplish this, we introduced the characters and their absurdity with adrenaline-pumping AV cuts, incorporated synergy plays with our legacy NBCU franchise accounts, and created gamified content to align with the show’s core nostalgic fanbase.

We successfully engaged fans and set expectations for the madness to come in Twisted Metal. We leveraged the quippy dialogue and absurdist moments to elevate our fan-first creative and rally our existing key audience communities. The series has been hailed as a faithful preservation of the original video game and solidified itself as one of Peacock’s most celebrated series—setting records as the streamer’s “most-binged” comedy in the two weeks following the premiere—teeing itself up for the highly anticipated second season.
