Dynamic captions, discussion threads, and interactive stories with platform tools hyped up fans and kept them engaged all season long.
Building on the bold, charming, and fun tone of community management for Season 3 we drove conversation through intentional, fresh engagements, further attained by constantly monitoring general social and fan conversations. Our Instagram stories and in-feed polls received thousands of likes, votes, and comments.
