Brand
Peacock is where fans can revisit and celebrate iconic, timeless series’ over and over again. When we partnered with Peacock on their portfolio of legacy handles (The Office, Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Suits, Psych, Grimm, 30 Rock, and House) at the start of 2023, our goal was to give fans a place to discuss, celebrate, meme-ify, and share content from all of their most cherished shows. We delved into each show’s nuanced characters and themes, celebrating every moment alongside fans with new content formats that remixed their favorite punchlines and scenes into something fresh. Throughout the year, the accounts continued to grow, despite being older IPs, as fans engaged and discovered what we were doing.

We kept content on The Office channel fresh and relatable so both newcomers felt right at home and old fans could see their favorite moments in a whole new light. Through quote listicles, dynamic captioning, and highlighting key character arcs and relationships, our content reminded everyone why they fell in love with Dunder Mifflin in the first place.
By celebrating our beloved characters and key dates throughout the 8 seasons of Brooklyn Nine-Nine, we engaged a newer audience with trending memes and content types, timely celebrations, and heartfelt compilations. As the most recently wrapped NBCU series social page, our fans engaged daily with the account and its nod to modern day culture. From iconic quotes to cast reunions and birthdays, we were the hub that brought fans together when they needed it most.
Following the lead of Leslie Knope herself, we infused life and unwavering enthusiasm to the Parks and Recreation pages. Drawing on the core relationships and chemistry of the ensemble cast, we crafted high-performing and engaging pieces that transported fans back to Pawnee. Actively listening to our audience, we rewarded them with moments that reminded them why the Parks and Recreation department should never be overlooked.
As a part of our year-long relationship with Peacock, we were given the opportunity to engage with existing fandoms of Suits, Psych, Grimm, 30 Rock, and House, while bringing new audiences together. On Suits, we focused on character dynamics as the show had its resurgence, while on Grimm, House, 30 Rock, and Psych, we played into key story arcs and through lines to keep our audiences engaged. To bring in fans new and old, we made sure that all content had a low barrier to entry, which allowed us to introduce Peacock audiences to the legacy NBCU series’.
Building The Community
By using our expertise in both engagement strategy and social tone of voice, we bolstered the growth of the Peacock legacy title channels. By combining franchises in synergy posts, capitalizing on our ever-changing social platforms, and further connecting Peacock as a brand to its titles, we grew the entire community and made connections that will last a lifetime.
